Professional-Transcriptions.com offers this valuable service to all Clients free of charge. Whilst we welcome work received by e-mail or by other transfer methods, we strongly recommend that Clients use this free service.

As well as providing you with your own secure work-space, free file storage and remote access to your files, the use of this service significantly speeds up file transfer times and eliminates the security risks associated with e-mail

The system is easy to use and, in addition to providing Guidelines to our clients, we will be on hand to assist should you have any queries or encounter any difficulties.

How it Works:

You, the Client, register with Professional-Transcriptions.com free of charge, noting your formatting preferences
We send you log in details for your secure work space
You upload your digital voice files to your secure work space
We type and quality assure your file and return it to your secure work area
You receive an e-mail telling you that the job has been completed
You can access your voice files and typed documents on your secure work space at any time for a six month period following completion of typing

All files are clearly listed and cross referenced for ease of identification and access
